Jon L. Gelman is accepting cases in which recipients of transvaginal mesh/sling products have suffered from complications. Transvaginal meshes are implanted through surgery.   Cooper Industries has reportedly settled an indemnification  lawsuit. and agreed to pay Pneumo Abex asbestos trust $307.5 Million. The trust funds will be used to pay victims of asbestos exposure.

A lawsuit was filed alleging that a former pharmaceutical maintenance specialist at Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley, New Jersey was exposed to asbestos fiber and suffers from asbestosis.

A lawsuit was filed alleging that a former auto mechanic, who worked in auto body shops throughout New Jersey, was exposed to asbestos fiber and suffers from lung cancer.
